The AI assistant does not carry every procedure it knows in its prompt. Long, multi-step procedures live in skills: playbooks it loads on demand when a request matches one. These endpoints expose the same registry over REST, so a client building its own assistant experience can show the user which playbooks exist, or follow one itself. They are stateless lookups — no ontology, no session, no side effects. All paths are relative to the base URL and require authentication. All responses use the standard envelope.

List skills

Returns metadata for every available skill. Bodies are omitted — the point of a skill is that its body is only loaded when it is needed.
when_to_use is the trigger condition — it is what the assistant matches a request against when deciding whether to load the playbook.

Get a skill

Returns the full playbook for one skill.
An unknown ID returns 404, and its data.available_skills lists the IDs that do exist — so a client that guessed wrong can recover without a second call.

Company knowledge

Searches the Prometheux knowledge base and returns the sections relevant to a query. This is what lets the assistant answer questions about Prometheux itself — what it is, how it is licensed, how it compares to other systems — rather than about the user’s data.
This searches Prometheux’s own knowledge base, not your ontologies or your notes. To search what you have written, use the context layer endpoints.
